This service enables the individual to obtain a letter of their work status to present it to the concerned entities. It aims to keep manpower data and statistics up-to-date and accurate.

The service is processed as follows:

1. The presence of the applicant or an authorized person on their behalf

2. Presenting ID card or CR number

3. Issue a letter ‘to whom it may concern’

Informing the PAMR that the individual is still a job seeker in order to:

1. Provide updated manpower data to the work and training entities and the decision makers

2. Extract accurate statistics about the job seekers.

The service enables job seekers to apply for announced jobs. It aims to facilitate the application process and keep a record of the number of job seekers and the applicants.

Registration of manpower personal data, education qualifications, job experience inside and outside the Sultanate, driving license, participation in conferences, etc. in the PAMR database in order to provide work and training data to the decision makers.

• Issue a manpower number and a document to confirm the validity of the data

 MSM listed companies need to obtain a license for their employees to be able to assume their tasks. Each employee is given the license upon fulfilling specific conditions and obtaining a qualification for each position. 

⦁ Once the employees are appointed, they are given a six-month probation period 
⦁ During that period, they shall complete one course at least 
⦁ After the probation, they are given an extension to finish the rest courses (a total of three required courses)
⦁ After completing all courses, they are given the license for the practice.

• The chanter or their band must be registered with the Ministry and have a valid license

• There must be an official invitation from the organizers

• Participants must have no prior legal violations or notices from the Ministry

It is a non-objection service to participate with cinematic films in festivals outside the Sultanate. The following will be considered:

• The permission for the film script.

• The commercial register with the activity listed and activated.

• Third-party approvals

• An official invitation from the organizers

It is a non-objection service to participate in musical arts events outside the Sultanate. The following will be considered:

• The band must be registered with the Ministry and have a valid license

• There must be an official invitation from the organizers

• Participants must have no prior legal violations from the Ministry

It is a non-objection service to participate in folk arts events outside the Sultanate. The following will be considered:

• The bands must be registered with the Ministry and have a valid license

• There must be an official invitation from the organizers

• Participating folk arts bands must have no prior legal violations or notices from the Ministry

• The band must be registered with the Ministry and has a valid license

• There must be an official invitation from the organizers
