  • Beneficiaries

    Service Provider Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth

    The service is provided to obtain an approval for the employment of trainers in music and performance institutes. The following conditions are to be considered:

    • The institution must have a license from the Ministry of Manpower in order to practice this activity

    • The training staff must have diploma certificates in music or equivalent

  • Beneficiaries

    Service Provider Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth

    The service is provided to obtain an approval for the training curriculum in music and performance institutes. The following conditions are to be considered:

    • The institution must has a license from the Ministry of Manpower in order to practice this activity

    • The curriculum should be in line with the Institute's graduates

  • Beneficiaries

    Service Provider Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth

    The service is provided to those who wish to establish institutes for teaching and training on music and physical performance. The following conditions are to be considered:

    • The applicant must be an institution that has a valid commercial registration

    • The proposed name of the institute must be clear in meaning

    • The name must not be used by another institute

    • The location of the institute must be convenient and very easy to reach and should not cause any annoyance to the locals

  • Service Provider Ministry of Labour

    The service enables job seekers to apply for announced jobs. It aims to facilitate the application process and keep a record of the number of job seekers and the applicants.

    Service Provider Consumer Protection Authority

    This service allows suppliers to attain permission to raise prices of the services they provide. The business owner, delegate, or the authorized signatory should submit a request to raise the prices of services that fall under the scope of his work, provided that he has an official permit or license to provide those services in the local markets, by filling out the application form for this request and fulfill the requirements.

    Conditions and regulations:

    • The applicant must be a business owner, a delegate or an authorized signatory.

    • The applicant must fill out the application form.

    • The applicant must bring all the required documents to apply.

  • Beneficiaries

    Service Provider Consumer Protection Authority

    This service allows suppliers to attain permission to raise prices of their goods and products. The business owner, delegate and authorized signatory should submit a request to raise prices of goods and products that fall under the scope of his work provided that he owns a commercial proxy or a permit to import and sell these products in the local markets, by filling out the application form for provide the required data.

    Conditions and regulations

    • The applicant must be a business owner, a delegate or an authorized signatory.

    • The applicant must fill out the application form.

    • The applicant must bring all the required documents to apply.

  • Service Provider Consumer Protection Authority

    The consumer can make a complaint against shops, institutions, and companies, concerning any goods or services that violate the Consumer Protection Law or any of the decisions issued by the Authority, and that is through filling out a complaint form or submitting a written complaint with all the required information and details.

    Moreover, the consumer who made a complaint, or whoever is appointed officially with a power of attorney, should attend to the headquarters of the Directorate General for Consumer Protection – the Complaints Department (Consumer Services Hall).

    Conditions and regulations:

    • The complainant must show proof of his personal identity.
    • The complainant must fill out the complaint form or submit a written complaint.
    • Providing all the required documents.
  • Service Provider Authority of Small and Medium Enterprises Development

    The loan disbursement mechanism shall be determined by the discretion of the main loan evaluation committee or the sub-committees in the governorates. Therefore, there are procedures to be followed when requesting a disbursement:

    • Apply for loan disbursement. (1 working day).

    • Visit the location of the project and approve utilizing the previous disbursement. (1 week)

    • Prepare a report of the visit including the final response to the application. (1 day)

    • In case of approval, Oman Development Bank will be contacted to complete the payment process. (1 day)

  • Service Provider Authority of Small and Medium Enterprises Development

    Citizens can apply for Al Raffd loans for the purpose of establishing or developing small or medium size establishments in accordance with the approved funding programs assigned for the same purpose. Each of these programs has its own conditions and requirements published on Al Raffd Website.

    The applicant can fill in the Loan Application form through the website and get the confirmation to proceed.

  • Service Provider Consumer Protection Authority

    The consumer is entitled to make a formal complaint against the decisions of the Authority and to claim a reconsideration, and that is by submitting a written complaint which includes all the required data and details.

    Conditions and regulations:

    • The complainant must show proof of his personal identity
    • Providing all the required documents that support the complaint or grievance.
