As TRA writes new regulations, it takes in consideration the significance of consulting the stakeholders and the public through an open consultation process. This process is published at the website through detailed documentations that clarify the elements of each consultation. The goals, target segments and the responses are published in the consultation page to promote the transparency of the public consultation and to encourage the stakeholders to take a part at it. However, the topics are mainly related to TRA’s roles and the target audience could be the telecommunications companies or the community as a whole.
