The consumer notifies the supplier through Tawasul, with the complaint data and the related attachment though the supplier’s email. The complaint is then discussed between the parties through exchanging information and date to reach a solution that satisfies both parties. The consumers can check the status of their complaints through Tawasul. If an agreement was not reached, the consumers will have a choice to refer the complaint to PACP, which then will call on both the consumer and the supplier to process and solve the complaint. Consumers can create their own file in the system though the internet by logging into PACP website. Suppliers need to apply to PACP in order to create accounts for their companies by providing their personal information.
